Most stores accept quality pre-loved clothing, accessories, homewares, books, toys, furniture, small electronics, and selected household goods. Please check the accepted goods list before visiting, especially for large furniture, white goods, or electrical items.
For safety and quality reasons, our stores can’t accept items that are unrepairable, stained, damaged, dangerous, or unsuitable for resale.
This includes CRT televisions, weapons or firearms, gas bottles, paint or chemicals, stained mattresses, and offensive or pornographic materials. Please check our goods we can’t accept list before visiting, especially if you’re unsure about a specific item.
For small bags or boxes of suitable goods, you can usually drop them off during opening hours. For large items, furniture, or bulk donations, please call the store first so the team can confirm suitability and drop-off details.
